When you see someone on a transformation journey, it’s easy to assume they “just decided to get healthy.” But behind every real lifestyle shift is a meaningful moment or a person who pushes you to do better. For me, that person was Carl T. from Victoria Fitness — the man who officially crowned me “The Juice Man.”

What started as a simple conversation turned into a complete transformation of my health, my energy, and my mindset.

 

How It All Started

Carl didn’t just tell me to start juicing — he took me to the store, showed me how to pick the right fruits, which ingredients actually help the body heal, and why not all produce is created equal. Believe it or not, the right stuff isn’t always easy to find.

With his guidance, I learned what to buy, how to combine ingredients, and what juices actually support my goals.

 

My Anti-Inflammatory Juice Mix

One of my daily go-to blends includes:

  • Strawberries

  • Watermelon

  • Celery

  • Lime

  • Ginger

This mix hits inflammation, boosts energy, and helps with mobility. It truly makes a difference.

 

Juicing + Intermittent Fasting = Life-Changing Results

I didn’t stop at juicing — I combined it with intermittent fasting.
For the past 60–90 days, here’s been my routine:

  • Eat for 3 days

  • Fast 1 full day

  • Repeat
    And yes, I take planned breaks when needed.

The results?
🔥 45 pounds down
🔥 Better mobility
🔥 Better mental clarity
🔥 Better overall health

I even completed a 17-day fast, and I’m planning to hit 21 days next — a mark many say unlocks another level of healing.

What Truly Motivated This Journey

Cancer has touched too many people in my life — my aunt, my brother, and Beth’s father. When Carl introduced me to stories of people who became cancer-free through disciplined fasting and nutrition, it hit me hard.

I decided to take my health seriously.
